CQB
Train Smarter. Move Faster. Think Sharper.
CQB is the art of operating effectively in confined spaces — where distances are measured in feet, not yards, and the difference between the right call and the wrong one is measured in milliseconds.
The Discipline
WHAT IS CQB?
Close Quarter Battle is a tactical discipline built for the most dangerous and unpredictable environments — confined spaces where distance is measured in feet, not yards. Developed by military and law enforcement professionals, CQB training sharpens your ability to move, communicate, and engage threats within the tight geometry of hallways, doorways, stairwells, and rooms.
The Reality
Why CQB MAtters?
Most defensive encounters don’t happen at the range — they happen in kitchens, hallways, parking garages, and office buildings. The distance is short, the time is shorter, and the consequences are absolute.
CQB training closes the gap between your shooting ability and your ability to apply that skill under real pressure, in real environments. It’s not about the shot — it’s about the whole problem.

THE TRAINING
Core Skill Sets
CQB is not just about shooting — it’s a complete tactical framework that demands precise coordination, aggressive mobility, and the ability to engage threats from any angle.
Team Coordination
Learn to move and communicate as a cohesive unit — assigning roles, stacking on doorways, calling contact, and clearing rooms without breaking formation or creating crossfire.
Mobility & Movement
Master slicing the pie, button-hooking, and dynamic entry techniques. Train your feet to match your weapon — smooth, deliberate movement that controls every inch of a room.
Multi-Angle Engagements
Engage threats appearing from doorways, corners, windows, and upper angles simultaneously. Build the situational awareness to track multiple threat vectors without tunnel vision.
Threat Identification
Develop the language of CQB — calling corners, confirming clears, alerting teammates, and directing action without confusion or hesitation in a high-noise, high-stress environment.
THE FACILITY
OUR SHOOT HOUSE
Our shoot house is the backbone of every CQB course — a fully reconfigurable, purpose-built structure designed to simulate the environments you’ll actually encounter. No two sessions have to look the same.
01
Modular Room Layouts
Wall panels and doorframes are repositioned between sessions to create entirely new floorplans — from open loft spaces to labyrinthine multi-room structures.
02
Variable Entry Points
Breach from multiple angles. Practice dynamic entries through doorways, hallways, and unconventional access points that mirror real-world scenarios.
03
Scenario-Based Configuration
From residential home clearances to commercial building threats and active-shooter simulations, each course can be built around your specific training objectives.
04
Target Placement Zones
Targets are staged throughout the structure — behind doors, around corners, in adjacent rooms — to simulate realistic threat distribution and force genuine decision-making under pressure.
05
Stacked & Solo Configurations
Train as an individual or as part of a coordinated team element. The house scales to single-operator drills or full squad clearances with equal effectiveness.
06
Low-Light Ready
Lighting in the shoot house can be adjusted to simulate low-visibility conditions, training operators to work with weapon-mounted lights and night vision in confined environments.
